You must've been using a tablet right?
Which brush you draw with? And on which size? I mean you draw at a big size then resize the whole page to normall?

I draw on paper actually, I only use my tablet for touch-ups.
I scan the page at 600 dpi which gives me a HUGE file. That makes the final result look clean and crisp.
