Description
This is for another contest on CBM put up by a huge Green Lantern fan. He gave us a description of a character he had in mind and we had to draw how we imagined his character as.Loved this exercise coz i never do much of character/creature design and a chance to break out some pencils too!

lol Well, I have a large number of monster ideas. Hmm..... There is this group of seven monsters that I thought up on a whim as well, created based on fusions of monsters from a game(I came up with the fusions, but not the components of said fusions). Each one is of its own element.

Yup. Each one is. Fire, Lightning, Wind, Earth, Water/Ice, Darkness, Light.

Earth Musharota
Dark Nuerto
Light Orluveroon
(And their names are also fusions of the names of the creatures that composed them)

^_^ Alright. This creature is a creature of two forms that it can switch between at will. Oh, and each of these seven creatures are a type of species known as Seru, which are living rock creatures born from magic with their rock skin literally acting like stretchable skin, and they live off of magic, having been born directly from magic.

That means one of their forms will be the rock form and one would be the elemental? How does this dark elemental look like? sounds like you got an interesting thing goin here.

Actually, that's not what I mean. Here, this video shows some creatures from the game that the components of these fusions I thought up are from: [link] And those things on their arms are some of the non-corrupted elite Seru, known as Ra-Seru. All Seru on the game are able to become equipment to meld with human hosts to assist them, but all but the very strongest have been driven mad by a creation of the main villains.

Hmmm... i still cant get the concept of how the elements are a fusion of. Maybe im juz not getting it. Sorry bro. But like the concept of the game where the equipment are actually beings themselves.

lol I didn't say they were fusions of the elements. These ideas are fusions of monsters from the games. But, I grouped them based on the elements that they are, and fused those monsters that had the same element.

Hehe.. yeah. But at least it would be easier for the artist to know which character is a combination of which game characters. Its so hard to imagine which characters will be combined to form your character and how on an artist's point of view.
