Description
Guess I forgot to submit this one awhile ago. If you happen to find yourself near German Village in Columbus, OH you can see this one "live". It's actually more mixed media but with a heavy digital basis, of course. It's 16x20-ish framed, 11x14-ish unframed.
Thanks for checking it out.

Can't sell it here, but if you want, we can art trade. I'll have to find this one because it's older - I can trade a version that is a bit larger.

Hey thanks. I did sort of want to capture that compositional sense, much like comics or graphic novels in the way they utilize space, but without so much of the pictorial requirement of direct representation.
Damn. That sounded pretty art schooly huh? Anyway thanks very much for checking it out. I appreciate your time!

Really glad to hear it. It's all around us, all of the time.
Order, I think, at least the way we perceive it, is... illusional.
Pretty sure I just made that word up. But ya know, you get it.

I keep seeing broken CD's, and i like the idea that goes along with that. Nice work man.

I love this composition. Especially the slightly unregisteredness of the two colors that make the midtone grey look so textural.

Thanks very much. That offset registration is very deliberate, most people are not tuned into it I think. It's not the product of any filter but actual, careful, layer handling. Glad you took a look, I appreciate the insights.

I had to turn my laptop one quarter clockwise to look at it the way I wanted to! Nicely done.
