This is much better with the scaffolding. Without it, it would have just been 'another' same old shot. Well done for not missing the opportunity to capture this.

This is so much more evocative, I think, than your photographs/portraits of people because these sculptures project such innocence and a purity rising above, as G-ds, from day to day human existence and then they are covered with exactly that - - a mundane scaffold to keep the sculptures clean - - and become just stone.
