hehe it's pretty simple really once you know the basics of realflow.. there used to be heaps of tutorials on the realflow forum until they took it down..
i think digitaltutors did a couple of discs of video tutorials too, might have to buy them (or find them ) nowadays

The viscosity is a little high for water, But I guess thats why you called it "blue gel".

realflow has plugins for max 8, it's a standalone app
