Description As I've not rendered anything new for over a month, I thought it was about time to fire up Blender and create a quick image. The model in this render is inspired by M.C. Escher's Sphere Spirals. It is also the first time I've used DoF in a render.

Modelled in Blender 2.41, rendered in Yafray 0.08.

Wow that's really cool can you give me a tut? And the DoF seems to have very few samples I really want to learn how to do normal mapping using blenders preset textures Good job

I think you could add a better depth of field in photoshop after you render it. looks cool though.

Thanks. I didn't use post-processing in this. Maybe I'll re-render it with more AA and a bit more blur.
