Depressing but true. It was a let-down final battle where all that happened was the following:Ben orders the Omnitrix to self-destruct, Vilgax gets mad afterwards and tries to crash his ship into Bellwood. Gwen and Max go drive it into the ocean while Ben steals a gauntlet from Albedo to fight Vilgax, after three weaksauce moves Vilgax goes down as the Ship begins to sink. Vilgax becomes the Giant Squid at 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea to eat Ben but Ben said STFU and booked it from there as the ship undramatically blows up beneath the waves as Ben swims out as Jetray.
Then we find out a shocking realization in Ultimate Alien episode about parallel timelines from Paradox where he says that there are parallel universes all differently connected: A timeline where Gwen found the Omnitrix, another where Albedo transformed into Alien X and was frozen for a year, but the one that REALLY took the cake for me was a timeline where Ben didn't need to destroy the Omnitrix to defeat Vilgax!
...THAT HAPPENED?!? Start the series over again McDuffie, I wanna see that instead! Ben duking it out with an Omnitrix-wielding Vilgax without any known powers and winning!! Who honestly wants to see that instead of The Final Battle's take of what happened? [[=EDIT= already made a video of that comment on Youtube: [link] ]]

or at least happened differently than what we got:
*Ben's Identity is preserved.
*Further insight into the Forever Knights (the whole Diagon thing being considered a catalyst of their first destruction).
-The Forever Knights are split into two distinct groups, one group focuses on asserting Human dominance for the sake of survival against the more warlike aggressive races the galaxy can throw at their fragile species(Incursions, Osmosians), whereas the other group focuses on establishing the perfect conditions for First Contact with a like-minded advanced species (Galvan, Chimera Sui-Generis/Murrayans); as a way to pioneer human civilization on the galactic stage.
--That these groups are led by a sorcerer named Lord Georgius the Prolonged (First Contact Group Leader), and his elder warrior-like half brother: Duke William the Immortal (Human Dominance Group Leader). Both of which have been using a vortex located inside of a cavern in France that acts as a wormhole to parallel universes in-order to gather advanced technology that Mankind developed, obviously with Georgius gathering for the sake of knowledge and William gathering for the sake of power.
*The revelation of a group of alien species non-coded into the Omnitrix: species that are native to the Sol System known as the Solians, a Parliament Organization that meets in parallel space to discuss the matters regarding their home dimension. These guys are all led by an entity known as La-Ru: The Last of the Mercurians, who was inspired by humanity to leave her world via remote hacking into the NASA Mainframe through the Mariner 10 Space Probe, desiring to find Humans out of loneliness she built a Saturn Spacecraft plus a Deep Space Apollo Module along with flyby recorder data she calculated and gathered from Mariner 10 to leave her dead homeworld. Landing on Venus, La-Ru met with the Lava-like Venusians: a Socialist governed (Lenin-Type, Successful)species of Mantle-Dwellers with a heavy perchance of joviality; a very friendly species and the easiest to befriend because of their all-trusting nature. Agreeing to bring two Venusians with her to see the stars, La-Ru and her friends set off for Earth, accidentally falling through a hole in the fabric of space that emptied out into the Twin Earth: a world that Earth was once part of billions of years ago until an event caused both worlds to separate, the Twin Earth is located opposite the orbit of Earth on the far side of our sun; and due to an act by a super-advanced extradimensional race, the planet is temporally out-of-synch with normal time for 12 years before the system shuts down to recharge for a months time. Leaving the twin Earth, La-Ru and company ventured out to Mars to witness the destruction of its civilization after being thrown back in time 200 million years (and to NOT pander to the whole "Fools' Gold" nonsense, Corn is a Solar-widespread crop, on Mercury its called "Orac" and on Mars it was known as "Grot-Nlo"), before venturing into Jovian Territory where a space race was being held in the Asteroid Belt by Iloan (Io) and Gan-Dyu (Ganymede) forces vieing for control over the minerals needed to build their Trade Fleets back near "Se-Pemi Kan" (Jupiter). Making allies with the Se-Pemi Kans, the three trade in the Apollo for a Gan-Dyu Cryowave Vessel, as the intrepids make their way beyond to "Ulos Gan Draku" (Saturn) and "Ulos Gan Sok Pa" (Uranus), finding the Pilgrims of Qoen-Aa (Titan) and hearing the legend of how they left their homes of Ur-jak Eb (Ariel) and Ur-Jak Rov (Titania) in the wake of an Ice Epoch 370,100 years ago, leaving Ulos Gan Sok Pa uninhabited. Heading instead for "Ur-Hode Bnu" (Neptune) where they see the failure of an old Gan-Dyu/Ur-Jak Eb Expeditionary Colony from long ago, along with meeting with the Galvan known as Zennith (As we all know is Azmuths' former lover), Zennith tells the intrepid Solians as they make their way out beyond the Solar System of the dangers, and that without unity among their system; all they knew would be doomed to die. Heeding Zenniths' advice, La-Ru and her allies return to the Solar System and plan out the establishment of the Solian Alliance; citing an isolationism policy in a pocket dimension to better unite themselves as a whole, with Zennith as a personal ally towards this end.
*More depth to the relationship between Azmuth and Zennith (face it, being lonely sucks!)
*More cohesive Team with The Plumbers Kids and Ben, Gwen and Kevin (It's called "Alien Force" not "Ben's Team". Why have all of these characters and have them doing NOTHING?)

Ok so you heated that episode. But let's review the whole series it was filled with plot holes you know. For example Ben's father wasn't it in the I think last ben 10 episode fought with Gwen Max and ben to defeat Vilgax plus Vilgax got blown up in the sewers how come he's alive? Ben's dad knew about him yet in grounded it was like it never happened. Cash and JT saw Ben transform in that episode as well. So how come they didn't know about it? And their design is different wasn't it in the original ben 10 his father had green eyes and he had more of a resemblance for ben while his mother's eyes were blue. In Ben 10 Gohstfreak burned and daied and the omnitrix got the DNA back yet in AF he's a prisoner how did that work?
And charmcaster weren't her eyes pink in ben 10 how did they become blue. And Gwen when that Gwen from the future in ben 10000 she was using magic not mana she's an alien either timelines how did that work? And in what our little girl is made of? What they didn't know their grandmother's name??????? And yah Ben was more leader material in the earlier seasons. And ben wants to kill Kevin come on how far from him can you get even in the original he tried until he knew that there was no hope you'd think he has more emotion to his best and only friend. Really he's the hero for god's sake.
As you can see a lot of blot wholes that some ignored some I hope bitched about I don't know I'm an Arabian girl I don't know what's going on in America.
Point is there is a lot of disappointments. So why bitch about that one thing?
Ok excuse me let me put a theory so there IS a world where Gwen found the omnitrix so let's assume Paradox made a mistake when he brought back 10 years old ben to his time and ended up in the world where Gwen found the omnitrix maybe they gave an explanation to Gwen 10 and if they ever did another episode about that world they BETTER make ben an anodite not put him on the side lines I swear omniverse is bad enough with what they did to the characters

The final episode of Ben 10 OS was set in a parallel universe as well.
Z'Skayer (AKA Ghostfreak) I honestly no idea on how he managed to escape, all I know is that something happened but I have no idea on the how or the why.
To clarify: I try to avoid Ultimate Alien at all costs because of the fact that "Ben is now a widely-known celebrity on Earth (which would seemingly defeat the purpose of First Contact with alien life since the entire planet now knows about it more-so than ever before), adding to it the popular media of the galaxy saying that Ben saved the entire universe from the Highbreed (come on, the universe is at least 13 billion years old, and would take a seemingly large amount of time for one to traverse barely an inch of that if it was on a map that was only 13 feet in length and diameter. Even if it were possible, there are still hidden areas, uncharted corners of space, unknown lifeforms hiding within our own galactic backyard that refuse to even be found by anyone. Plus again, the Highbreed are the most advanced alien threat to have ever been seen that had the largest scope of power at the time. If this was the case than their only targets for genocide should have been only in the immediate area of their own galaxy plus the neighboring Magellans if there is life out there which I firmly believe to be true –god I hope there will be some cool alien cultures in the Magellans, or at least some cool backstory about life there that’d influence why the milky way is like the way it is right now instead of being more like in Star Trek with scientific pursuits or cultural disputes instead of Americanized bullshit like we’ve seen with a known interstellar pair of southern US stereotypes)
To clarify: there is a group of like-minded individuals that also hate the turn of the series with Omniverse, just go to the group Ben 10 OS-to-UA for more details and debacles on why it is terrible and about quality artwork by fans like you.

like "Ultimate kevin," if it wasn't for "Ult. Echo" they could've never knock him out to cure him.
if it wasn't for "Ult. wildmutt" prisoner 775 could have kill colonel rozum's family, and who knows maybe rozum could have gone crazy and declare war on all aliens in earth.
if it wans't for "Ult Spider-monkey" then simian could have infected ben,
if it wasn't for for "Ult. Swampfire" then the plant thing in "The big story" could have re-capture ben and company.
If it wasn't "Ult waybig" diagon could have slave the universe.
and what if they didn't use it as much? if they use in every episode for every alien. then it will lost its lustre.

you want to know what's are some bad plot additions to the ben 10 story? Primus, gwen and kevin being aliens, and of course THAT Ben 10,000. now that didn't make sense and/or was absolutely unnecessary .

If it wasn't for the bitchy fans, we'd still have a mature Ben during Season 3 of Alien Force up to the end of Ultimate Alien.
If Ben was mature, he'd have been able to figure out another way of defeating Ultimate Aggregor without leading to the creation of Ultimate Kevin as a result.
If Ben was Mature instead of annoying than Kevin wouldn't begin to go along with Bens' statements that would eventually drive Prisoner 775 to go and kill Rozums' family.
If Ben was wiser and didn't destroy the Omnitrix, than he could use the remote Genetic-scanning function inside of the it to restore Arachnachimp DNA from the Xenocyte infestation happening on the planet at the time.
If Ben wasn't conceited, than he wouldn't have been easily captured by the mind-invading plant creature and have destroyed it when it was only a small thing at the time.
And to clarify one fact about your comment: Ultimate Waybig didn't stop Diagon, Vilgax used his energy-device to draw in the entirety of Diagons essence into himself while Ben used Ascalon to remove Diagon from Vilgax and use its powers to revert all the Esoterica back into Humans again: No Ultimate Wins, just an Ultimates Fail.
admittedly, I'll give you the Ben 10,000 there, but you still missed two more plot points: Eon and Nanomech. The Live-Action movies have little-to-zero reason for being canon in the Ben 10 Genre right now. And I said it once so I'll say it again:

I agree with you about primus, kevin and all that been useless in Ben10 but I disagree about the ultimates, I think the concept is good (like pokemon or digimon) but was poorly used, the normal versions are equally of capable than their ultimate forms, like ult bigchill that launches fire which turns into ice but normal bigchill already throw ice then what is the point?, the only episode where the ultimates are important is in the one when they came to life and they left.

Probably it´s people´s prejudice. I was honestly shocked that Ben said that Kevin had turned into a monster... at least Gwen didn´t think like this.
I understand why KEVIN refers himself as a monster. Before meeting Ben, Kevin already had a traume about being called a "freak", and it´s obvious that his mutation into that hideous red monster traumatized him. Just think a little: the ugly duckling turned into a sexy, handsome swann... well, young man with roguish charm. And then, in a flash, he finds himself living the nightmare again - and feels again like a trash.
Many people in real life have a distorted sense of perception about themselves - like those girls who think they´re "ugly" because they´re not thin as chopsticks.
