hrm, i liked this a lot, the border was a bit distracting but all in all i could ignore what i disliked about it and take in the wp as a whole
i liked the mirro in all aspects except the line art and the scribbles, they gave it a layered feel that was pretty nice

It's a somewhat old piece and now I see some problems and flaws in it too

The 'old work' seems surprisingly new, doesn't it? It's now even more in keeping with the relaxed, rich colored art which is becoming the 'style' that we see now. You may have unwittingly been a pioneer way back there in May, Marcelo.
I still get such a kick out of seeing this image cycle onto my screen. It's a happy image, and one which insists the viewer analyze all the 'hands' in our languages, like helping hands and hand jive, to name only two of many. I still like the 'hand-made' frame and the wonderful scribbles in the center.
Hear that applause, Marcelo? That's me giving you a hand once again....Joy

love the idea, but like matteo said, the border is far too obvious and distracts from the centerpiece.

hmm.. the border takes away from the focal point of the middle.. not sure how to fix it without losing the nicely done border tho..
