First get the original image from wikia or the source (konami), then crop it using photoshop or paint. Then use waifu2x or photoshop to increase it to 622x622. Then adjust the tone, exposure, vibrance. Do some smart blurs and smart sharpening. After that is removing the watermark which takes a lot of work. You can either overlay an image that doesn't have watermark or you have to use the clone stamp tool in photoshop. Then just use hand brush and smudge to fix anything else!
