Description
yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Code_Tal…effect:
2 Effect Monsters
Gains 500 ATK for each monster it points to. While this card points to a monster, it cannot be destroyed by battle or your opponent's card effects.
___________________
- This card is the first Link 2 monster of the "Code Talker " archetype.
- It is also the first monster of this archetype whose ATK isn't 2300.
- This card appears to be a downgraded version of "Decode Talker ".
- Given that code is often deciphered, this could be a previous version of "Decode Talker".

Always a good opening when you don’t have enough... just summon this and put dotscaper or bitron behind it

Proxy Dragon's better than this though. This only protects itself from destruction. Proxy Dragon protects itself and every card you control from destruction.

Still, Missus Radiant or Mistar Boy + Proxy Dragon opens up three additional main monster zones for you. In Dinomists, that would mean a field of Mistar Boy in your Extra Monster Zone, with Proxy Dragon, Cyber Dragon Infinity, Bahamut Shark, and Toadally Awesome in your Main Monster Zone.
Here's an image to show what I'm describing and how it'd work.
