I kind of understand the graph from the right, yet just so I can be sure. Say if my Shinobi had equal ninjutsu and taijutsu skills, it would be a straight line between those two. If he was bad at genjutsu though, you would make a line from Taijutsu down to the level of how good they use that jutsu? ( Sorry for bad explanation, I'm horrible at it)

I am sure that it's a lovely story, but you should really get to know an artist before requesting a free drawing. more importantly though you should look through their gallery to see what kind of things they do and don't do. If you looked through my gallery you would so that i neither do requests, nor bases, or yaoi. Sorry. Good luck finding someone who will do it. or you should try saving up some money/points and find an artist that will fit your request.

well you can either draw right into the white spaces, or you can copy-paste an existing drawing into it. that's about all there is to these.

that circle-chart-thingy....how do you correctly use it? I see many OC's who use it, but it looks so weird to me, because I can't really set words or numbers on it..

you have to use a second layer on top of the one that the stat wheel is on, then draw out the stats on that second (top) layer, then lessen the opacity of the top layer until it becomes semi-transparent but still visible enough to show up.

but I ment, what the colours means compared how much they can . like: if my characters intelligents is red, what does that mean or if my characters power is yellow?

no but it's not that difficult to change that, just color black over the symbol

you download the zipfile, open it, select the village you want, then open the file in a drawing program... like photoshop or GIMP and draw in the picture areas

i did mine on GIMP so i could use layers and change the opacity do make the effect on the circle
