A model has 2 parts in animation.
The "Pos" and "Root".
In this image you can see that the root ---> this correctly,
prntscr.com/ars9tz
but the Post ---> No.
The changes are pos. (Model Axis movements "root" "X Y Z") model unchanged.
(I comment 2 times the same)
