Yeah, they actually improved it a little (you know lol like peer editing), so the Kikka was gonna be one hell of a jet! I think they had a few other jets being created too.

Just saw they were making the Type 2, dayamn that was a hell of a plane. Man if Germany and Japan made it to 1946 as Axis you'd see some kickass aircraft coming from them! Lol like the Germans wanted to make flying saucers and the Japanese wanted a space station, they probably would have had one by '47 (tbh, aside from apparent genocide I like how they developed things fast)

I always love the J7 Shinden, it is light years ahead of anything the Allies had out even with the trouble it had with the propeller shaft. Too bad only one exists now and is in pieces at the Smithsonian Institute.

didn,t see that one,but i read about it long ago. so many ideas,but there was just no time left to do anything with them. the Japanese actually got their very first jet{Nakajima "Kikka"} airborne the same day Hiroshima was wiped out.....

not many exist. NASM Silver Hill still has a few of the uncompleted prototypes. if you get a chance,it,s worth a trip there. the way to do so is to arrange a group tour.
