Well for the first time since I did a tutorial about a year or more ago, I've got one rendering with V light.  Xing fingers it turns out good! 

And I'm looking forward to the great music!

LOL, I'm about to make a render with a V-Light. Result isn't impressive but goes decently well with what I'm trying to express.

Hopefully your musical tastes are not so different from mine. Suspect it won't be an issue at all

My musical tastes fits my nickname.    I listen a lot to soundtracks and trailer music as well as current music that I've heard and relate to certain shows that I like.  Mostly SciFi and Thrillers.  That said, I also like some classical.

Can you follow your favorite shows with all those annoying commercials and banners cluttering the screen?. I don't. So, I download the episodes and eventually buy the DVD or BluRay when season's over.
Only watch TV as an aid to falling asleep

I'm very much the same although I tape many on my DVR and then skip through the commercials.  But mostly I watch using DVDs.    That said I only have 1 hour a day to watch anything so....

I would except that living in the country does mean that my internet is not as good as I'd like.  Plus the minor (okay not so) detail that I get charged for excess data downloads.   I have satellite TV which is good.  However Satellite internet is horrible (and extremely expensive if you do much more than just browse the internet) so I have wireless internet.  Still can be expensive with data limits but those limits are much higher then satellite limits.  The one thing that isn't good is that it's a bit like dial-up.

Oh well that's life.

All that sucks my friend! Data limits are the most annoying whatever the system.
Here we have several very good options. It would be ideal if everything worked as expected! Satellite internet is available too but, besides being slow, costs can only be afforded in Monaco!
In country or rural areas, it's another question. Pretty much the same as you. However, much efforts are being carried out to bring WiFi everywhere, sometimes even for free.
