Man, nothing beats life drawing classes to really bump up the skills( I really need to go back to doing them)! I recommend trying different mediums when you go as well...even if you don't like charcoal it's a fantastic medium for really studying Shadow and negative space! Another trick I remember is to break the body up into shapes Triangles seem to pop up alot if you look for them!
