Don't you just love him...ok for those who don't know who he is.This is the Night Baron from the manga and anime called
"Detective Conan aka Case Closed"
He is the coolest villian that should have an entire Manga all to himself
he was first created by Conan's dad , who is a novelist....later on severle people dress up as this wonderful villian.
