Yes they are. Psychopaths hate everyone and Chara possesses literally all the symptoms of such a disorder. If they really loved the monsters, they wouldn't manipulate Asriel or just smile creepily while killing every single monster in the Genocide Run.

well since at the start you see that the human is holding the dagger with their left hand, you would assume most humans in undertale are left handed. actually when i started drawing them i accidentally made then holding the crayon with their right hand so i had to flip the image so that i didnt have to draw everything from the startΒ Β
