Description
The boundries of each country are marked out but I haven't given labels yet. Feel free to guess what is what... any country with a canon location is still where its supposed to be,but all the rest have been spread out a little.Related content

The continent where the shinobi culture manifested has kept there development to themselves without much outside influence of other distant lands. But naruto takes place in a transitionary period of this world where they are experiencing a slow industrial revolution and the era of ninja is close to it's end.
Soon contact wih thee other continents will begin. It has already happened. Kaiza and Gato (from the land of waves arc) came from the continent of the east. In movie 2 (stone of Gelel) these knights were from a totally different culture of the eastern continent.
What the future holds I cannot say, the the world of naruto is in it's last great ninja age.

also the southern section with the long peninsula isn't as realistic as I'd go for, just because it's a little strange to see landmass like that.

Are all the countries at the bottom, right center-right, direct right, and arctic country at top, all made up?
