Heh, it actually came like that. It's a projector like this one: [link] that I found at a thrift store. when it's turned on (by a switch in the back, nicely worked into the design) it glows like that. (Slightly creepy dead on...

There's a site where you can buy vacuformed reproductions of individual parts for Servo or you can find the whole set of parts on eBay. The set is $160 including shipping.
