Oh, no. I did read Sandman but was not thinking of it when drawing this image. If I remember correctly, it had been cold and windy. This character sort of appeared while I was waiting and in the midst of an automatic drawing.

Oh, I really love the bundled sensation! And I agree that the sense of movement from the wind is so strong. It's gorgeous. And the lines are superb!
