Standing at a whopping 4'9 before the pandemic, Sarah was used to hiding away when things got a little too exciting for her. At school parties and kickbacks, her go-to spot would be a corner of some dark room. Maybe hang out with one or two friends, and ignore almost everyone else. That was the "classic peanut" move. She was likened to a crumb of snacks rolling between some couch cushions.

Sometimes this was justified. People were too eager to ask her to stand next to the tallest guy in school to show off his height, or to talk at her about their self-absorbed philosophies. As a small girl, people often assumed her to be "submissive." Nobody was intimidated by her, even when she raised her voice and angrily glared. This was the underestimated life of a peanut.

But things changed when she went through the pandemic. With her massive growth spurt also came confidence and power. The 4'9 girl who boys used to corner was now enormous. Instead of sitting at desks with her feet dangling down, she needed special desks where she could fit her body. And instead of comparing herself to the tallest boy in school, she was no longer even asked to do anything. Although some people would mumble about how tall she was compared to some of her shorter classmates. She wasn't even given any nicknames anymore. She was just Sarah.

Now she just talks about what she wants to talk about, and who she wants to talk with. Height problems with Sanam, or her new gossip with Alyx, it was definitely Sarah's time to shine. She still likes to stand towards the edge of parties, but it's a lot harder for people to ignore her. Luckily things don't really get out of control for her. Not when everyone feels like children to the giant woman.
