Summary Characteristic: A little quick tempered

Appearance:
Short fur all over her body save for her tail and hair on her head. Her fur is very short around her nose and face, as well on her hands and feet.
She has darker fur on her hands up to her elbows, and on her feet up to her knees, as well down her nose going up to her head, and it goes down the back of her neck, all the way down her back to her tail. Lighter parts are on her face, stomach, shoulders, thighs, and honestly every where else. Her eyes are a vibrant blue that matches her nose, her oral cavities, her paw pads on her feet and hands, and other mucus membrane places like her belly button.
She has a tall stocky build that is very athletic in appearance. Strong legs, and arms with lean muscles on her upper body, and a little bit of pudge on the lower. She has a small chest, and wide shoulders. Her brown hair is medium length, and super choppy like she cut it herself(which she kinda did). She has thick eyebrows and often looks tired. Often seen in sweatpants and a baggy shirt, its not often you see her wear anything constricting.

Personality: Hot tempered // Not easily impressed // Romantic // Caring // Loyal
She's the type that snaps easily, and gets angry over stupid things when she should not. She is very impatient, and not easily impressed when it comes to anything really. If she gets impressed, or honestly even shows other emotions other than a bored look on her face, that's when you know she likes something. She adores romantic things, simple gestures even like flowers, or something like that. Though she may seem rough around the edges, she is very caring when it comes to her friends, and very loyal; which is hard to sway her one way or another.

Likes: Spicy food, jogging, summer, soft beds, baggy clothing
Dislikes: Hard furniture, dry bland food, things that are too sweet, extreme weather

Backstory:
Being a Meister never crossed Cloud's mind when she was younger. She had an average life, in an average family, and with an average amount of siblings. Her father was a business man, lower end of the totem poll, that worked a normal 9-5 job, and came home to a housewife who kept everything normal and average. She wondered if her family was ever compensating for the fact that they gave birth to a rather...un-ordinary daughter and son. Her brother was not average liker her mother and father. He was the anarchy type, and dreamed of becoming a Meister and attending the Death Weapon Meister Academy ever since he was young. He dressed like a punk, and trained hard. She, being 3 years younger than her brother, always looked up to him. She wanted to be as strong as him, and have big aspirations as he. She followed him in everything, and grew up believing that one day she would find her aspirations if she just kept her eyes out for it.
She kept her grades good in school, and made sure to try out several different things to see what she liked the most; be it sculpting, all the way to tinkering with cars. Nothing seemed to keep her attention like running and food did. She loved to cook, and also loved to run and work out with her brother. She kept looking for some sort of goal, what she wanted to be when she grew up, but could not keep anything that made her feel like her brother did about the Meister academy. She still kept her head up, but then things really started to get odd.
On her 16th birthday she was woken up by her mother and father, and her normal average cake with 16 candles on top, with a single present from them, and one from her older brother who had started college, and still had dreams of becoming a Meister, even though he was getting older. She was about to blow out her cake when she noticed something peculiar, and her jaw dropped. She saw something she had not seen before...or better yet sensed it; their souls.
"Whats wrong sis? Blow out your candles."
Ignoring this she went on for the day trying to shake the thought from their head.
She tried to do this for a solid year before she talked to her brother about it. At random points in time she would sense something about a person, and this happened even when she wasn't even trying too. It was as if there was static everywhere, and it was slowly driving her up the wall. She lost a few friends because of her snapping at them and loosing patience when it came to accidentally sensing what was inside of them. When she finally came clean her brother freaked out. At first she thought he was going mad when he said she was a Meister, and he was so happy for her, and when she finally calmed him down from bouncing around in her room, he explained the ability, and what it meant. She was a Meister, and she would be the one to head to the Academy, not him. He told her how he had waited a lifetime for this to happen to him, and he was so happy it was happening to his younger sister. Finding this sort of information out freaked her out a bit, and she denied it several times, and tried to just play it off like she really did not deserve to head to the academy and maybe it was a fluke and she was just crazy, but her brother kept at her about it. Day after day he would bug her, and finally, a few months before she would turn 18, she applied to the academy.
