Huevember begins! I'll try to get a few pieces in- shooting for the half challenge (every other day).These two are minor character on a new story I'm developing for fun. Lucy's father affectionately calls her Chickadee after their encounter, and much later on the chickadee became Lucy's avatar as a game streamer and internet personality. She looks back on the memory fondly.

I love the story of about her taking Chickadees as her signature- that's so beautiful and adorable and you can tell from the dreamlike quality that it's a very fond and happy memory.
The muted colors give it a sort of antique feel- kind of an over-exposed photograph
I really like that you left Lucy's figure as very vague while the father's face, shirt and hands are very detailed because it makes sense that she doesn't fully remember what /she/ looked like and the details about her father are very important.

Awwh Aero, thanks so much for the kind comment!! The chickadee was actually about our color conversation earlier- it clicked and I ran with it :'D So thanks to you and Valspar lol. I was referencing exposed photographs so I'm glad that came across!
Ahh it's interesting you pointed that out.. totally my intention I was struggling adding more detail to Lucy so I left it more washed out- I'm glad it had that impression on you, it definitely fits!
Yess I want to do itt just need to keep on task. Really looking forward to what you cook up too!!
