Usually I come up with a different name than the original one came with (gotta be me), but I couldn't really come up with any good ones. The original name also suited the situation, so there ya go.
Anyway, Ukitsu and Xian are having fun tying Ran up with her scuba equipment (Weight belts make excellent bondage).
Ran is also a bit infatuated with the idea as well, so much so that drowning doesn't even come across her mind.I'm sure they're not trying to drown Ran for real. If anything, Vikki and Juni probably called the three up for an up and coming underwater bondage flick for the Bubblevixens.
