Look who's back! Its the long lost dude. He looks happy to be back.I've decided to do more cel shading so here's one of my attempts,
I decided to take him back to his original design, well, kind of. I've given him much longer wings, like a pterosaur shape. He's also a lot bigger now, the biggest of all the dragon species in fact.
He's very old, about over 200 here. The blue markings are actually only particular to him, its not a species trait, he developed them later on.

Eee I love this guy, he's super adorable! Esp his little glowy feetsies. <3 I think I've seen him on here before somewhere, but I'm not quite sure where at. Outof curiousity, since he's the biggest dragon species how large is he?

Yea you probably have, he was my character on my last account ^^ Oh not HUGE, personally I don't like huge flying creatures, they don't seem plausible! He would be about the size of a shire horse though

Considering that phasmas live a lot, is 200 years really that much for him? Well, maybe for a dragon (I have no idea of the species lifespan) c:
I remember he had an ability to swim, is it still here? Oh, and what powers does he possess now? Not time breath and regeneration, I presume? XD

Oh, what was the mayzan dragons' lifespan? I assume it's up to a few centuries?
Ahah, I think Sigma's good with blue, yet he'd probably be scared to use ice as it's frozen water! But, it would be funny if he was fine with ice, not water xD Well, maybe electricity then as it's somewhat close to fire. I have no idea what elements exist in your universe x)

Possibly a Mayzan could live up to 150 years, so already sigma is older

And here is old fart Sigz bringing sexy back, with a nice confident stroll, like 'haters be hatin' and yes he sure does look pleased to be back. 
I like this design, it appears bulky and well defined. The cell shading looks pretty good in my opinion, it shows muscles on his calves and thighs and neck pretty well, and shows his facial features (like that 'depressed' area on his snoutly) nicely. What kind of personality does he have here... is it similar to previous designs, or have you altered it in some ways? Being the 'last one', what sort of status or fame does he have in society?
