It's been several months since my last work, and still, my computer has yet to be repaired completely thanks to my cousin who claims to be nearly 100% finished but never will. I FUCKING hate it when it happens. Especially when there's a shit ton of work to be done. Chun-Li's short fancomic, Black Rock Shooter: The Devil's Cry fanfic ETC.
Anyway, today is the March 1st and I would like to wish a very happy birthday for Chun-Li's 45th birthday! Yes, I've included her date of birth and year. Sure, she may not look like a middle age woman, but let's just say she's training a hell lot more than those who rely on plastic surgery, cyro freeze animation pod, spell, artifact, and other cliche shit most female characters has nowadays.

And yes, I put Bruce on it along with her because not only she reminds me a hell lot of him but also the fact she held many unique things based on the official books, NOT SF mangas, and games I've read and played other than watching anime (SFII, SFII V, SF Alpha, ETC), even if there are some vague speculation that Chun-Li actually knows Bruce Lee since she was 5. Before you put flame and troll or even a fucking racist comment, I don't like her or other character or person just because they're Chinese like I am. That includes sex appeal which she does not need to require in order to be famous unlike others as well as the fact she's been evolving in later games just like most characters.

I may have been a fan of Street Fighter for less than a months, but I know enough of it. Ever since I see her in anime and mangas aside from games which I always chose her along with Fei Long, I grew very fond of her more than Ryu and Ken. I also know how and why she been so famous even now. And oddly enough, there's also been a lot of females characters that maybe considered a knock off by copying her moves and technique ever since her appearance in 1991 though there are some who are clearly seen as an inspiration such as Pai Chan from Virtua Fighter.
I also love the way she do in terms of her style which is deem original in my opinion because of her lightning kicks combined flexibility, speed and others I can't explained well. This is why she gets a big muscular thigh which to me I don't mind it and in fact I like her that way. Typically there are female characters shows off her sexy yet cliche fanservice you have seen MANY times before like ass and tits just to show off how popular they were. This one seems to be an exception. On the side note, I also like her charisma very well.

“Always be yourself, express yourself, have faith in yourself, do not go out and look for a successful personality and duplicate it.”

I thought it would a nice touch to make Bruce Lee both a tribute to him and one of the main inspiration for Chun-Li to continue on fighting as well as living for her life.
Anyway enough of that, this pic is made very low budget due to my use of laptop which isn't used for working or gaming, but I do put a lot of effort making a great quality. I combined both the Super Street Fighter IV inspired pose and a element of Bruce Lee's trademark weapon the Nunchuck AKA Nunchaku. Originally there's going to be SF4 Chun Li but was forced to switch because of the constant glitches and clunky maneuver (I wish I can make her MVC3 model's thigh bigger DX ). I also planned to put on a pic in Chinese for more authentic way, but due to time constraint, I was forced to switch to English D: In my opinion, I think it looks damn good on her.
So yeah, happy birthday to her in celebration of her 45th birthday! I hope Chun-Li doesn't mind XD
