Bio: The creature known as "Devastator" may be the last of his kind, as no one has ever seen a creature that looks like him. While his past is unknown, "Devastator" served as a gladiator for many years, traveling from island to island and facing many foes. "Devastator" as well as his fellow gladiators were under the watch of their captor, Procrawl, who was a member of Sidorak's species. Procrawl had put collars on these gladiators to make sure they didn't escape. While "Devastator" enjoyed slaying his enemies, he didn't enjoy being captive, especially since Procrawl treated him poorly.
One day, two Dark Hunters came to see Procrawl for payment, which he promised to do the following day. That night, Procawl mocked "Devastator" in his cell and beat him. Furious, Devastator snapped his captor's neck. In his rage, "Devastator" killed the other captive gladiators as well. The two Dark Hunters visited the place shortly after this, not trusting Procrawl to pay them, and saw "Devastator's" work. Impressed at his feet and seeing "Devastator's" bloodlust, they took him back to Odina, where he became a Dark Hunter.
"Devastator's" power was noted among his fellow Dark Hunters during the war against he Brotherhood of Makuta, killing multiple foes in every battle. It wasn't long before "Devastator" became a personal bodyguard of the Shadowed One, his large size and immense strength being enough to intimidate anyone. The Shadowed One respected "Devastator's" power, and because of this, "Devastator" was loyal to a fault.
"Devastator" helped the Dark Hunters fight against Makuta Terridax and left the Mata Nui robot after Spherus Magna had reformed. However, the Toa raided the new Dark Hunter fortress, causing the Shadowed One, as well as many Hunters to die. One Toa almost killed "Devastator," but another Dark Hunter, "Frostbite," killed the Toa, saving "Devastator's" life.
The two of them escaped alongside another Hunter, "Tinkerer." For several years, the three of them traveled across the land, fighting whoever got in their way to survive, with "Devastator" being the muscle of the group. Angry at the Toa, "Frostbite" vowed to reform the Dark Hunters and take control of Spherus Magna. He and the others slowly found other Dark Hunters and hired new ones, eventually building a new base on Odina, where no one could find them. Grateful for saving his life, "Devastator" became "Frostbite's" bodyguard, who now called himself "Emperor." "Devastator" continues to protect his leader to his day, ready to pounce on anyone he finds and kill them.
