Yes, I can tell how they anathematize each other through their hostile postures towards their backs. (Also, especially through the Master Chief's face; how he is aggravated by Raptor T.O.M..)

Why so these two unlikely beings from different dimensions (or so based on my researched hypothesis') share a strong disliking towards each other? Is there a main reason, or do you just find it amusing?

Raptor T.O.M. is bigger, stronger, faster, smarter (in some ways), and more cooler than the MC. So MC is jealous of arty's abilities 
Arty hates Mc cuz Mc hates him (so, its a reaction) and Mc gets all the girls
They're just silly reasons really, but that's what makes it funny
