It would be funny to see Opey the Warhead (my own character) in a fighting match. He probably couldn't fight worth a lick but people would be scared to touch him.

Oh man you should see some of the characters that won the matches. An Old man and a Chimbney Sweep have won a few OC battles. I think Opey would do great. It all comes down to how creative you can be... and sometimes non fighting characters fair better because of the creativity that comes along with them.

That's fascinating. Personally, I think the whole OC battle concept is fascinating and I've been enjoying the Shado battle pages a great deal. I hope he wins.
As for Opey, it would be interesting to have a kid character in the fight, and his supporting cast would be kids, too.

really thought that it was a good touch to the story. I mean, also the fact that someone actually names the techniques (like in the kung fu films of old), though it really just added another level to your piece. =3

That was Way too long. I was so not ready for all of the time it took. I had a hard time sleeping last night cause of it all. I'd say I worked on it at least 5 hours a night since the start.
