I got bored and started drawing random Fallout characters in my sketchbook. While drawing, I started one based on the Ranger that comes after you when you're hated by the NCR. I liked the design, so I decided to keep her. This was actually drawn on 18X12 paper X3. The other side had a drawing of the NCR logo and all her information which I will TRY to recreate.

Name: "Bounty" Ranger

Birthdate: 05/16/2248 (It was 5:16 when I made up the birthdate X3)
Nationality: British (No accent)
Sexuality: Straight
Personality: Quiet, threatening, rude, proud, hardworking, extremely serious, quick thinking
Relationships: Has never had any. Claims to have no interest in love.
Main Weapon: Sniper Rifle
Bio: Ever since she could talk she has taken everything extremely seriously. She never played and was always trying to work aside the other NCR members in the camp, sometimes going as far as following them into other tents and taking their guns when they weren't looking. She wasn't afraid to state her mind openly to anyone and still isn't to this day. One day, she ratted on an agent for stealing supplies. When he tried to make a run for it everyone was surprised to see a little eight year old shoot him down with a perfect headshot from a sniper rifle. After that, she was put into immediate and proper NCR training and impressed many by earning the coveted title of Ranger at only 16 years old. Five years late, at age 21, she expressed an interest in bounty hunting. Three months later, she was noticed that she would be the official bounty hunter of the NCR. Its now her job to travel around with a small group of troops and play hit squad to enemies of the NCR. She gives anyone she goes after three days to play nice or face her wrath, something few survive through. She takes her job quite seriously. Due to her mass number of successes as a bounty hunter, she was given the nickname "Bounty" Ranger. People use her nickname so often that nobody remembers her real name anymore. Recently, she was sent after a Legioner named Valeria and was shocked to find she was unable to contain her target. As Valeria's crimes grew larger and larger, "Bounty" Ranger continued to blame herself for being unable to contain Valeria. It is now her life goal to capture Valeria in the name of the NCR. Sometimes she goes a bit overboard about it, even going as far as slacking off or ignoring other orders or taking troops and supplies she wasn't supposed to take to places she wasn't supposed to go. Sometimes she sends troops to spy quietly on Valeria. Lots of them are spotted and killed or chased off by Valeria's partners. To this day, "Bounty" Ranger continues to pursue her now worst enemy.
