Description It should work just fine on MS Paint. I tested it and it worked for me. Anyways, I used to draw Palkia alot so I took a sketch I made of Palkia and turned it into a Template. I only have 3 rules.

1. Ask before using
2. Link me to finished
3. Credit me somehow. Either by putting my icon in the description or linking to this template.
