Uhm.. it looks as if she found something that she would like to eat.. or after having a lovely meal.. at least my little cutie at home only does that after eating.. How is that it has a name? it's your at all? or is it just a leopard that you see in the zoo?

Her name is Fisher, she is wonderful to watch. She isn't mine, she is at the zoo. It would be nice to have a wild life preserve so she could run free. I love that having Fisher in the zoo, helps others know her beauty and help educate people on a endangered animal.

Yeah well I guessed it was difficult almost impossible to find an owner to a cutie like this... but since you have pretty close pics of her, I thought perhaps you owned a kind of zoo or something like that.. the other day I was sent a powerpoint of a very loving ligre (mixture of lion and tiger).. and it seemed to be owned by the couple of the pics.. so I thought perhaps that was more usual in America.. to own wild beauties.. There was one man in a village close to where I lived who had a lion.. so.. nobody knows!

That is very interesting thanks for sharing that with me. Most of mine are shot through glass, sometimes through the cage itself. If I can get a really good shot where they look free, I tend to post it. I have seen a liger back when I was very small at another zoo. Her name was Shasta. When she passed they stuffed her, so that others could learn more about her through education. They can't breed, they are sterile.
As long as the lion is well taken care of that is cool.

Yeah ... the problem is that ligers are huge, lol!! but well, it must be very very expensive to keep any of those!! they eat far too much! I guess I'll have to just reduce to cats so far! lol
