Personal note:There is always improvement to be made with any photographer, artist or writer, the way we learn is through others critiquing our work in gentle supportive ways. If there is anything I can learn from never hesitate.
I will put this up for print without the watermark if anyone is interested.

Thanks. It has taken me thousands of photos over the last two years and listening to other people on what they like and don't like to get where I am. Don't sell yourself short, all you need is practice, and patience.

Yes. Please do more, it is worth it. Do it for yourself and your own enjoyment if nothing else.
As far as getting the perfect camera, I would getting a digital, you can take as many pictures as you want without having to print them up. It saves money especially when there are a few that you didn't like. I would also recommend doing some research, and get the best camera you can afford. If you get involved with classes or photography clubs, they may have cameras that you can try out to see if you like that one. I also recommend getting a camera that is at least 7mp or more, that way if you really like a picture you take the picture quality is better.
