Description
So yeah, for those of you who haven't seen or read all of the Mystoria Saga, I would like to take this moment to mention how I came up with the idea.

It all began with Redemption of a Soul, after seeing previews for Mystery Dungeon 2, I got an idea involving Pokemon Gangs, since there were criminals you could catch in Mystery Dungeon 2. The idea was, if there were teams who caught Criminals, would there be Criminal gangs to fight the teams?

Enter Redemption of a Soul, my first ever attempt at making a story/fan fiction/Whatever you want to call it. The story starred Ryder, the Raichu who was a criminal who had gotten himself into some trouble with the law. He was a member of a gang, and was forced to work for a rescue team.

This simple concept led me to create a four part storyline series taking various concepts and ideas revealed in the Pokemon games, Anime, even spinoffs and trading cards to create a universe of Pokemon, I call Mystoria. Based on Mystery Dungeon, but still something different entirely.

That my friends, is how I came up with the Mystoria Saga, but I would like to remind you, that the entire storyline was originally just about a Raichu, who happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Pretty crazy how such a simple concept would result in a series, isn't it? it just goes to show you how far you can go with a simple concept, as long as you have an idea of what you want to do.

Darkness Rising, Legendary Uprising, Redemption of a Soul and Soul's Eclipse, all connected yet different at the same time. As a little bit of trivia, Darkness Rising was originally not supposed to be part of the Mystoria Saga at all, it was originally supposed to be it's own thing.
