Analogous color assignment for my Design I class this past semester. I've been itching to draw another octopus. It's been a while. I started off drawing the face from a ref, but somehow that ended and my mother now swears it looks like my friend, Lee. lol Ok then. XD11.20.12

copics and acrylic paint splatter
Photo washed out a lot of detail. It's too large to fit in le scanner.

This should really be a Daily Dev! Bursting with motion, dream-worthy colors, wonderful compositioning, and great attention paid to the form of the octopus, a small supply of traditional tools are utilized to the best of their ability.

This is beautiful, I love the use of color and the design, it's absolutely gorgeous. It's always good to see octopus in pictures as well, they're such a gorgeous animal.
