No clue :'DI was kinda bored and wanted to draw a glowyish picture.
So I drew Hikari.
Because...
Hikari = light?

lol, yeaaah...
And I know she's a Christmas Kougra, but...I dunno.
I forgot her stripes.
Anyways, I'm requesting critique on this thing.
But if I've done something wrong, try to put it in the nicest way possible XD

I can't give you a PROPER critique, so I'll give you a small little one in this message C:
First off, I'll start with the colours. They're nice and bold, and appealing to the eye.
Onto the actual drawing. I'd definately say it's an impovement. However, the clenched paw/hand looks somewhat odd, as if it was lacking in bones. (Lockhart's spell, anyone? xD) I think that both your human and animal anatomy could use a little practice. Maybe you could use some references to help you?
I like the scene, though it is unclear as to what exactly is happening. I like the glow, but maybe instead of putting it totally behind the hand, you could make a low-opacity layer over the top to make it look like it's her hand that's glowing; not her knuckles. Unless, of course, it IS supposed to come from her knuckles.
Shading-wise, it's good. However, to make it even nicer, maybe you could use more tones and maybe shade/highlight the folds, or just a wider area than just a line; making it more dynamic and interesting.
Overall, it's good, well done. But more anatomy practice is needed.

Yeah, I hate the hand
She was going to be reaching out with her fingers spread but...I can not draw fingers.
And I wanted to do the glow like that, but I have no idea how to do that owe;
And to be honest, I don't know what's going on to be honest.

It's simple, create a new layer, make the glow over the hand, then go to layer opacity and change it there

Use human references, it's the same. Then look at some animal references for the animal parts. That's all anthros are; fuzzy people. You don't need any special refs for them.
