Once a ragdoll made for a toy-makers son, but was possessed by the unborn child when he died sometime after birth. After escaping the city, he managed to find an old forest that was enclosed within a ten foot fence, but managed to crawl under a gap before he got torn to shreds by the guard dogs.

Nuki
Nuu-key
The guardian of the forest, she is really a witch who got turned into a butterfly when one of her spells went a bit wrong. She is specially trained in the powers of healing and defence.

Carwyn
Car-weh-in
A traveling musician, he got stranded in the forest when he sprained his wings flying over the fence. Is really nervous and cowardly, but tries to act brave and heroic, especially in front of his friend Cora.

Samhain
So-un
A Katball, he got abandoned by his tribe because of his markings - a white boy with red markings is said to bring poverty and illness to a village. To make it worse, he was born on 31st of October, hence his name. (Samhain is the Pagan name for Halloween, fyi) He lives with Nuki in her home now.

Ostara
O-ss-tara
Samhain's older sister. She is still a member of the tribe, but often goes to visit her younger brother in Nuki's house. She's very bubbly and tends to have a small skip to her...float. Loves flowers of any kind, and can recognise all sorts.
