ErrorFresh is a fresh possessed Error. Not much information was given about him, however from what I've read and assume he acts much like Fresh, but with slight haptephobia. Canonically speaking, they are not related nor does Error even like Fresh but CQ did mention that Fresh was fascinated by Error which could be hinting to how Fresh was interested in taking over his body.
