He's not 2-d( at least not drawn like that) I'm sure sure you can translate an 2-d image into a plushie, but its your call.

It took me 3 hours.

For the horns and eyes I used white t-shirt fabric(called Ponta), paint the horns with fabric paint. The rest is fleece fabric.
