The Throneworld-Class Star Destroyer was a rather unusual Star Destroyer. It was made more of a mobile home than a warship. The Caretaker Remnant was only made of a fleet of ships. No more no less. It own zero star systems and was always on the move. These ships took up most of that fleet and were the homes of hundreds of thousands of people including their crews and their families. The ships contain multiple star ships but this document counts their star fighter complement and their military vehicle complement.

These ships also have built in academies, hospitals, commercial buildings and all the necessary requirements for a city ship. The thing these ships DON’T have are onboard factories because they would take up space and render these things inhospitable. The New Republic (before the First Order War) would keep a close eye on the remnant and often control how many military ships the remnant made as their defence making a small and quite often insignificant grudge between the two political powers. These ships would have a captain and on board these they were the equivalent to the political leader of a state while the main ship had an admiral who was the equivalent to a world leader in terms of politics.

They do have defence ships but I’ll open that up a bit later.
