Another my character
A former military man who to raise a rebellion against a self-serving government. He was shot and put in prison, from which he fled. Now he works as a scout for a villain (fav.me/daqbtma ).
His collar is blocking his hypnotic power.
Cunning, agile, selfish.

I love the fact that he sits on his tail rather than sitting normally. Makes him more unique. Very true, I wonder why as they have such a versatile design. I have king cobra character but there are so many unused species that would work so well as a mobian.
