Probably wearing my favourite of her outfits that I don't like
I actually started making the STARS one first but the harness/shoulder pad combination is taking awhile. So here she is in her RE3 attire looking gorgeous 
Am hoping to finish her RE1 version and some of the alternative outfits from RE3 quite soon.

I want to do customs of petites, I was afraid that it would not be possible, but you gave me faith.

It depends on the model. Some times hair will fit nicely but best advice I can give is get yourself a drill.

Since you are good at customizing nendoroid petites, I have a question
How do you take the hair off? Because I am getting the bootleg nendoroid petites (on purpose XD) and I want to repaint them so they look more accurate.

Firstly what knockoffs you get are important (I use bootlegs often too 
I've heard people say that putting a model in the freezer first (or using a hairdryer to warm it, one or the other) might help. Also there are things you can buy which dissolve glue. I have never tried these things but they might be an option. How I do mine is with a screwdriver and a pair of plyers. I put the screwdriver in until I've got a hole big enough for the pliers and then I use those to separate out the pieces. But it does require at least a bit of physical strength to do so.
Also often the parts need a bit of sanding afterwards since the knockoffs rarely separate well.

It looks a little easy to get it off because you can already see the seam on their hair. They sometimes print the eyes wrong, and i'm going to have to fix that DX I am really bad at painting... I might as well fix all of their eyes because they are VERY UGLY.

Ahh those won't be the actual models since those are the GS ones. Is always better to ask the seller to let you see a photo of the actual item.
If you are having trouble with the painting it might be worth using decals instead

I got them on purpose. I already knew what they looked like ^^ They are very very ugly and cheap looking. I can't believe they are so stupid to give Meiko blonde hair. -____- I'll get anything for a low price XD I want to do this as practice because I am getting the Bootleg Miku too, and it might need some touching up

It's a very good idea to practice first.
You might want to look for some tutorials online though. I couldn't tell you allot about the decals because I don't use them myself. 'Eye decal' on ebay is probably a good place to start though
