In my opinion, Napstablook is probably one of the more underrated characters in Undertale. He's got his family's snail farm and enjoys listening to music (along with occasional spidery baked goods). Keeps to himself for the most part, but you can tell he wants so badly to connect with others and share his interests. He's got self-esteem issues, though it's hard to establish cause and effect there.
Frisk befriending him is probably one of the most important things to happen to him. That, and becoming a DJ for Mettaton's shows.

You're so right. Napstablook is soooo relatable too. I think we all can feel a little 'blooky' every once in a while at least.
It's great that he finally made a friend with Frisk. I want to hang out with him myself. XD
