Some more art for my comic Punished by the Sun.

Honeystar's predecessor, Ryestar (fawn tabby tom), his mate Owlflight (chocolate tabby molly), their sons Horsekit (black tabby) and Timberkit (chocolate tabby with white legs), their daughters Shiningkit (blue bicolor) and Gorsekit (solid lilac molly), and their adopted son Adderkit (saturated chocolate tabby with copper eyes). I'm not 100% sure on the genetics since I don't know if a fawn cat and a chocolate cat can have any black kittens. Correct me if I'm wrong; and if I am I may change Owlflight to a black tabby.

In my Warriors Universe, one of the requirements for being leader is to have kits. Ryestar and Owlflight had issues conceiving for many years, so they were very old when they finally had a litter. Coincidentally, a patrol picked up an abandoned kitten around the time Owlflight gave birth, expanding their family. It's almost as if StarClan was helping them make up for lost time.

These guys won't appear until chapter 2, but they all play a fairly important role, with Adderkit (Addereyes) being a main character.

As for the picture, Ryestar was supposed to be holding three of his kittens, but I didn't know what to do with the leftover kit, so I kept the girls on the bottom. Timberkit is an angry boi mostly because he's jealous of his adopted brother getting so much attention and also because he's the last of his siblings to develop his adult eye color (which is why he has some blue around the amber color). Horse, Shining, and Timber get white spotting from their mom, but you can't see them with her pose. I'm not too happy with Ryestar's pose; I wish I drew him snuggling his kits more. Adder and Timber were also a pain. I might add shading later to make it look better.
