Keep it going. I like the overall atmo, especially the far background. Nice setting. Kinda reminds me of Midgard in FFVII. Dark and wonderfully rotten.
I think it lacks a troop of your typical Hazard-Zone-Suit Soldiers, probably leaving the bar or arresting some scum in the front courtyard.
That would probably make the scene more interesting. One the other hand, it would probably distract from the wonderful setting.
