i'm from ProjectComment and I have some constructive comments!
The character design is simple, but good, and the soft shading adds to the aesthetic. the colors and details are appealing to the eye, and the solid color background adds to the appeal of the simplicity.
However, because of the floating nature of the subject's cloak, the character appears formless, making the pose unclear and hindering the overall quality of the piece. The biggest constructive comment that I have about this piece is that it doesn't "say something". The piece doesn't show anything about the character, the world it lives in, or even your views as an artist. I am very curious about this character and I want to know more, but by this piece I can't infer anything. Also, because the character's hair block its facial expression, I can't infer how it feels. Character design where the hair blocks the eyes can be done well and I find it visually appealing, but it only adds to make the image more bland.
Overall, this is a good piece that is visually appealing, but doesn't say much about the character or its world.

This character has many positive things: A great design and style, some cool colors, some horns that give more style, a mysterious look, an illuminated color that, despite not having shadows, is very even and smooth ...

I like your dilemma with stars in the head, which gives you more variety of tone and without doubt, a good character that I am sure will be adopted ... If it is to be adopted, of course. And I do not speak for myself, but for those who want to adopt it
