I'm not 100% sure what is going on with Jark, don't know the guy but he seems cool. He's had a bum deal, the legalities are up to the higher powers to decide, I am worried that a good man has been screwed and that any 'lesser' member of DA may get such treatment or even worse. I agree with the consensus round here to keep DA a community and not a corporation, I am cautious about posting until I learn more.for more information please visit here

the pic is great, as always (kinda reminds me of 'kill bill'...); and i really admire your stance of patience and open-mindedness - most others have jumped to conclusions about this matter, when they don't know the full story

thanks Scott, I don't like what has happened but in the same breath I am not afraid of change especially as anyone who runs DA will want the best for it's members so it can do the best for themselves. Such is capitalism lol.

It's good to see Go-Bee showing his support! I don't really know what's going on either, and I halfway considered not posting anything the rest of this week. The comic would be behind then (though folks could always go look at the main site), and I hate being behind. So instead, I made a little support comic with yellow background for Sunday.

Taking sides only will tear the community in two. Im quite worried about this, esspecially as community is what jark stood for.
All this boycotting etc will only harm dA.

Unfortunately, for dA to stay in business as a community, it has to function like a corporation. That's just the way it is in a vicious capitalist society like America. The trick is to keep the corporate side invisible to the consumers, and the top admins as dA aren't doing a good job of that.
