I have wanted to draw these three together for quite sometime now, didn't expect it to be in pixel art though!

From left to right is: Pink Pearl, Watermelon Sapphire, and Ruby

These three all had defects which were not too severe to hinder their jobs, but enough to question where the line should be drawn for acceptable defects. Because of this, they were set together to determine whether these defects were minor enough to keep them as effective gems, or should set a no exception rule towards defects, thus being shattered.
Pink Pearl was a more masculine gem, refusing to accept femininity both in form and presentation, becoming out of place in gem society. Watermelon Sapphire was the result of two growing Sapphires merging, causing abnormalities in appearance and abilities. Ruby is a pacifist, and is terrified of fighting despite her guardian/soldier role.
