The werewolf knew now.Minutes ago, he'd caught the odd scent and traced it here. The scent of death surrounded the figure, and he wore odd clothing.
Now the odd figure was chanting something... in Lycanic, the sacred language used by all werewolves.
The werewolf poised himself to attack...

Dunno what to say. I wanted to paint a werewolf and was in a severe case of art block. I think I'm better now lol Spent a long time on the fur, because that's what I wanted to improve on. That guy had a face, but then....it became a skull, cause I suck at realism without decent ref. So screw that lol Don't zoom in too far, my shoddy background painting my permanently damage you lol
If you see anything that could use changes like contrast or color that doesn't involve me actually repainting anything, I'm all ears haha
Was listening to Alan Wake at the end there. I blame that for the mood. I LOVE that game GRRAHH I'll leave it up to you what that werewolf is thinking.

I still kind of suck at people XD I'm trying to force myself to do them but GAH if I'm not sitting in a studio with charcoal a model and some newsprint I just can't seem to want to do them. And I do fur because it's stress relieving and gorgeous. Its got all these cool swirls and patterns and such; I like exaggerating them XD ~And thank you so much!

Oh wow. Don't have much to say on this one... Except now the more I stare at it... The werewolf's right eye and snout seem slightly off center... Maybe that's just me. I dunno. Wonderful job. Love the dark, dreary feeling.

I'll admit that while writing the comment, I had no idea where the extra lighting could come from but just that it would help add something to the finished picture. I suppose a conveniently placed light fairy right off screen would have ruined some of the realism.
