Very nice! Kind of a sketchy feel to it, which is cool. I like the eyes -- and the butterfly! Just noticed the sparkles!
Now I'm no expert, but a couple of things: I thought that some of the outlines were a bit too "harsh"... for example, the jawline, the edge of the nose, and the mouth. As in, they're a bit too dark and seem to stand out too much? Also, the left eye seems a bit too "folded" -- there's a strange "bump" in the shading.
Again, this is just my interpretation; you are the artist after all!
